Platform Terms of Use

These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) explain how you may use the Grifo Rendeza platform. They establish the respective rights and duties of you, as the user, and the platform operator. Review them carefully before accessing the service, creating an account or completing a transaction. They constitute the legally binding agreement between the parties.

Creating an account, signing in, using any feature or otherwise interacting with Grifo Rendeza means that you accept these Terms of Use in full. The platform is available only to adults aged 18 or above. Minors and individuals without legal capacity are prohibited from using it. Where your age is uncertain, we may suspend, limit or remove the relevant account.

Service availability may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, technical faults or outages, including issues linked to market volatility, unusually high server demand or events outside our control. We work to maintain reliable access but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Platform tools, algorithms, pricing and available markets may be modified, expanded or withdrawn at any time, without creating a claim against Grifo Rendeza.

Material provided through the platform—including written content, graphics, layouts, software, algorithms, trademarks, logos and AI-supported analysis—is protected by copyright, trademark rights and other intellectual property protections owned by Grifo Rendeza or its licensors. Copying, distributing, publicly displaying or commercially exploiting such material without prior written permission is prohibited and may lead to civil or criminal proceedings.

You are responsible for submitting information that is truthful, complete and current, including identification, contact and payment details. False, incomplete or deceptive information may lead to suspension, limits on withdrawals or legal proceedings. Personal information is handled in line with our privacy policy and applicable data-protection requirements in Mauritius, using strong security and transparency practices.

You remain solely responsible for every investment or trading decision made through Grifo Rendeza, whether entered manually or generated through AI automation, and you accept the associated risks. Grifo Rendeza supplies technical infrastructure only and does not provide tailored financial advice, recommendations or profit assurances. Markets such as equities and cryptocurrencies can be extremely volatile, and you could lose all of your invested capital. Previous results are not a reliable indication of future performance. Use only funds you can afford to lose.

These Terms may be revised or extended when necessary, including because of regulatory updates, technical progress or changing market conditions. We will normally provide notice at least 14 days before the revised terms take effect, using email, platform alerts or our website. If you continue using the service after the change becomes effective, you agree to the updated Terms. Where a change is significant, you may choose to close your account.

Our operating principles are built around clear information and careful security. We apply modern encryption, perform periodic reviews, hold client money in segregated accounts and follow robust KYC/AML controls. Activities and transactions are documented in a clear, traceable manner. We aim to work with users fairly, openly and responsibly, while treating your confidence as a key priority.
